Body Detoxification involves dietary and lifestyle changes which reduce the intake of toxins and improve elimination

Detoxification is the process of clearing toxins from the body, neutralizing or transforming them, and clearing excess mucus and congestion. Many of these toxins come from our diet and environmental exposure, both problems are acute and chronic.     Dont start with the liver. Start w the kidneys so they are filtering. Then
    move the lymph to get the gunk out, phlegm, etc. but dont take isolates,
    zinc, vitamins, etc. Get them from whole foods, fresh juices. Then deyox ur
    bowels and other organs. Kidneys have to come first so the gunk has a way

    The only detox you get is that which comes from your liver, kidneys and
    colon. Detox programs are just a massive rip off con job.
